Started my first 4 hour walk at 6.40am. It was very cold. Okay by WA Standards.   
My walking companion Rebus used to follow me down the stairs, now he waits either at the top or half way down the stairs. 

Today’s walk was 4 and 1/2 hours. 19.3 kms.
